About the role

You’ll be responsible for leading or contributing to the design and delivery of commercial office fit-out projects. That includes:

  • Developing creative concepts and space plans that meet client needs and brief
  • Producing presentation packs, mood boards and visuals that win hearts and minds
  • Coordinating design packages and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy and deliverability
  • Applying knowledge of current UK building regulations and compliance requirements
  • Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal teams across the project lifecycle
  • Supporting pitches and proposals, often in collaboration with sales and marketing
  • Exploring and applying new technologies, such as AI, to drive design innovation and project efficiency

This is a varied role where creativity meets commercial reality, with plenty of scope to grow in responsibility and confidence.

What you’ll bring

  • 3+ years experience in commercial office design and fit-out
  • Strong space planning and visual presentation skills
  • Familiarity with UK building regulations and how they apply to workplace projects
  • Competence in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite (SketchUp or Revit a bonus)
  • Comfortable communicating with clients and guiding them through the design process
  • Organised, detail-driven and able to manage time and priorities effectively
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a desire to learn and improve
  • Curiosity around new tools, including AI, and how they can support better design and commercial outcomes
