Kernow Health GP practice in the Truro area is seeking a Practice Support Lead to help the smooth running of the surgery and contribute to service improvement.

The role reports to the Practice Business Manager and works closely with the Deputy Practice Manager and Office Team Lead.

You will provide flexible, practice-wide support across HR processes, complaints, governance, finance and administration, while enabling day‑to‑day operations.
