About The Role
Coastal Primary Care Network is seeking a proactive, motivated, and patient‑focused Dietitian to join our well-established and collaborative network. This is an exciting opportunity to work within primary care, delivering your own clinics while also contributing to the wider multidisciplinary team across our four practices. The role offers the chance to have a meaningful impact on patient outcomes by supporting holistic, person‑centred care, improving quality of life, and enabling patients to make informed decisions about their health. Initially, the role will focus on supporting patients with diabetes, with scope to expand into a broader caseload including frailty, malnutrition, and weight management.
