Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paramedic Practitioner or Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our Practice at Perranporth Surgery.
Responsibilities
- Work autonomously within a supportive GP practice environment while being fully integrated into the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Support the ongoing work to improve access to care and reduce GP workload while delivering high quality, patient‑centred care.
- Undertake home visits, care‑home visits, manage urgent and same‑day demand, and support patients with both acute and long‑term conditions.
- Manage own clinical workload, including handling referrals and results.
