KERNOW HEALTH is seeking an experienced GP with a special interest in frailty to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Team in mid-Cornwall. You will manage frailty in the community, support patients at home or in residential settings, and aim to avoid hospital admissions where clinically appropriate.
