The post holder will lead on the design, delivery and evaluation of programmes that support the development and sustainability of community pharmacy services, working as part of the Integrated Primary Care Services & Cornwall Training Hub team to provide high-quality programme management on a range of projects.
Location: Hybrid working (primarily home-based with office base in Truro) and requirement to attend Community Pharmacy sites and other sites as required.
Hours: 30 hours per week.
Contract: 12 month fixed term.
Main Duties:
- You will be responsible for the overall design, delivery and implementation of a range of projects focused on community pharmacy.
- This includes working with partner organisations and stakeholders to ensure projects meet their needs, being comfortable with rapid implementation, creating processes on the fly or designing projects from scratch, and adapting to continuous change while remaining organised and structured to deliver projects on time.
- You will also oversee clinical programmes as applicable and manage national and local contracts.
