Responsibilities
- The HCA role assists the practice clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programs of care.
- Orient and liaise closely at all levels within the practice team.
- Take responsibility for the care you deliver while remaining accountable to the trained nursing team.
- Maintain clinically accurate records and run clinics.
- Effectively manage own time, workload, and resources.
- Reflect on own and team activities to identify risks, enhance performance, and improve quality of patient care.
- Perform phlebotomy, take blood pressures, record ECGs, and process samples.
Qualifications
- Essential: Care Certificate, NVQ2.
