We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed GP Partner to join our friendly, well-established dispensing practice serving approximately 16,500 patients across four rural North Cornwall sites. As a GP Partner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred primary care while contributing to the strategic leadership, operational management and future development of the practice.
The role combines clinical excellence with shared responsibility for governance, workforce development and financial sustainability, alongside active engagement within Watergate Primary Care Network (PCN) to support collaborative working and service development across the locality. This is an exciting opportunity for a GP who is motivated to help shape the future of general practice within a supportive and collaborative team environment.
