Overview
Admin and Governance Manager - Bosvena Health
This is a senior role within our management and will provide direct leadership and support for our administrative teams within the Practices working collaborative with the Strategic Manager and GP Partner to achieve agreed aims and objectives of the Practice to ensure a profitable, efficient, safe and effective working environment for all.
Responsibilities
- This is a wide-reaching role which covers all aspects of people management for our Patient Advisor, Medical Secretary functions including HR, training, workforce planning, development of effective and efficient systems that support our Clinical teams and provide excellent engagement with our patients.
- The post holder will also support the GP Governance Lead, utilising quality searches, Teamnet and other resources to record and monitor performance. This will include a lead role for Health and Safety and risk management within the practice.

We are a semi-rural GP practice based in central Cornwall with a practice geography that cover Bodmin and approximately a 7 mile radius. We serve the needs of our 24,000 patients and provide healthcare, including acute and long term condition management. We are a widely diverse multi-disciplinary team who work collaboratively to provide excellent patient care.
