About the role
Dartmouth\’s Public Markets team identifies and delivers industry-leading professionals to our clients, from Analyst level upwards, working mainly on a retained and exclusive contingent basis.
The team place equity research analysts, multi-asset investment analysts, traders, macro economists and portfolio managers into family offices, fund of funds, hedge funds, asset managers, brokerage firms and investment banks.
Our Equity & Multi-Asset team combines specialist sector knowledge, with a fun and collaborative culture. We\’re looking to grow the team with additional specialist recruiters and also people who want to grow and lead a sub-team, so depending on your experience and aspirations, we potentially have a great opportunity for you.
What you\’ll bring
- You’ll be an experienced Equities (sell-side or buy-side), Multi-Asset or broader asset management recruiter
- or; an experienced consultant recruiting into another discipline within financial services and looking to join a front-office desk
- A demonstrable business development skillset
- A good sense of humour
- Ability to adapt in a continuously evolving and innovative environment
