Konstruktion, Hydraulik und Maschinenbau vereinen – übernehmen Sie technische Verantwortung im Industrieanlagenbau. Sie sind Techniker mit Leidenschaft für Präzision und Hydraulik? In dieser Position übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für die Konstruktion und Entwicklung hydraulischer Baugruppen im industriellen Maschinen- und Anlagenbau. Als Senior Konstrukteur leiten Sie ein kleines Team und gestalten aktiv den Aufbau einer neuen Produktsparte im Bereich Hydroanlagen mit.
Aufgabengebiet
- Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung eines 3–4-köpfigen Konstruktionsteams im Projektumfeld
- Konstruktion und Entwicklung von hydraulischen Komponenten und Baugruppen – vom Entwurf bis zur fertigungsgerechten Umsetzung
- Erstellung von 3D-Modellen, Zeichnungen sowie technischen Dokumentationen inkl. CE-relevanter Unterlagen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen, Kunden und Lieferanten zur technischen Klärung
- Aktive Mitgestaltung einer neuen Produktsparte im Bereich Hydro innerhalb eines wachsenden Technologieunternehmens
Skill-Set
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU) im Maschinenbau oder in verwandten Bereichen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion, idealerweise im Sondermaschinenbau
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der 3D-Konstruktion (idealerweise SolidWorks)
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung oder der Wunsch, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung technischer Lösungen
