Aufgabengebiet
- Eigenständige Leitung von Projekten im Bereich Rohrleitungsbau, Stahlwasserbau und Turbinenbau
- Technische und organisatorische Verantwortung vor Ort
- Detaillierte Planung der Montageaktivitäten
- Vorbereitung und Koordination der Einsätze von Sublieferanten
- Durchführen von Abnahmen, Baubesprechungen und Schulungen
Skill-Set
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau oder Stahlbau
- Erfahrung als Bauleiter, Obermonteur oder Montageprojektleiter. Gerne auch Vorarbeiter mit Entwicklungspotenzial
- Explizite Erfahrung im Bereich Hydropower und Rohrleitungsbau
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft im DACH-Raum und bei Bedarf europaweit
- Starker Teamgeist, Problemlösungskompetenz und Führungsqualitäten
