Diese Position ist ideal für HTL‑Absolventen (vorzugsweise Maschinenbau), die ihr technisches Wissen direkt in der Praxis anwenden und weiterentwickeln wollen.
Aufgabengebiet
- Konstruktion und Auslegung von Bauteilen und Baugruppen für Industrieanlagen
- Erstellung von 3D-Modellen, Montageplänen und technischen Zeichnungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Fertigung und externen Partnern
- Unterstützung bei der technischen Dokumentation und Projektabwicklung
- Mitwirkung an Inbetriebnahmen und laufender Optimierung von Konstruktionsprozessen
Skill-Set
- Abgeschlossene HTL mit Schwerpunkt Maschinenbau oder Mechatronik
- Kenntnisse mit Zeichentools / CAD-Systemen (z.B. SolidWorks) oder erste Erfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau von Vorteil
- Technisches Verständnis und Lust, dich in komplexe Aufgaben reinzudenken
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise – Teamgeist ist dir trotzdem wichtig
- Gute Englischkenntnisse und moderate Reisebereitschaft (ca. 15%)
