Aufgabengebiet
- Leitung und Weiterentwicklung eines Bereichs mit Fokus auf Projektmanagement für innovative Lösungen
- Begleitung und Umsetzung einzelner Projekte für moderne Technologien – hands-on sowie gemeinsam mit deinem Team
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsabteilungen und interdisziplinären Projektteams, um Realisierungsprozesse nachhaltig zu stärken
- Verantwortung für die Einführung, Optimierung und Umsetzung von skalierbaren Prozessen in bestehenden und zukünftigen Projekten
- Entwicklung von einheitlichen Tools und Standards, damit zukünftige Projektleiter innovative Ideen zuverlässig umsetzen können
- Professionelles Stakeholdermanagement und Steuerung der Qualitätssicherung als zentrale Erfolgsfaktoren im Projektverlauf
Skill-Set
- Abschluss (Uni, TU, FH) in einer technischen Fachrichtung wie Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Großprojektmanagement, im automatisierten Anlagenbau oder Intralogistik
- Nachweisbare Erfolge bei der Umsetzung komplexer Implementierungsprojekte in Millionenhöhe – du hast alle Phasen aktiv mitgestaltet und verantwortet
- Deutsch und Englisch beherrschst du fließend – egal ob bei Präsentationen oder Projektmeetings
- Talent, andere zu begeistern und mitzureißen sowie Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit Kommunikationsstärke auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
