Aufgabengebiet
- Rechtliche Unterstützung: Selbstständige Beratung des Unternehmens und seiner Tochtergesellschaften in sämtlichen rechtlichen Angelegenheiten des operativen Geschäfts
- Vertragsmanagement: Erstellung, Prüfung und Verhandlung komplexer Dienstleistungs- und Projektverträge, insbesondere im Bereich Anlagenbau und -wartung
- Projektbetreuung: Begleitung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Größenordnungen von der Initiierung bis zum Abschluss, inklusive rechtlicher Bewertung und Entscheidungsfindung
- Anspruchsbearbeitung: Prüfung, Bewertung, Durchsetzung und Abwehr von Forderungen
- Konfliktlösung: Unterstützung bei rechtlichen Auseinandersetzungen, einschließlich der Koordination und Steuerung externer Anwälte
- Schulungen und Beratung: Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Beratung in gesellschafts- und wirtschaftsrechtlichen Fragen
Skill-Set
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder gleichwertiger internationaler Abschluss
- Mindestens zwei Jahre Erfahrung als Legal Counsel in einem industriellen oder beratenden Umfeld
- Analytische Fähigkeiten und Standhaftigkeit zeichnen Ihre Arbeitsweise aus
- Erfassung rechtlicher Risiken und Entwicklung praxisorientierter Lösungen
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse und klare Kommunikation komplexer Themen
