This is an ecosystem leadership role. KerlHive is building a structured pathway that helps experienced caregivers move from agency dependence into independent, ethical, and sustainable private practice, without hype, pressure, or unrealistic promises.
We operate through:
- A free Experienced Caregivers Circle (top-of-funnel trust space)
- A subscription-based clarity program (ICPRP – our Minimum Viable Offer)
- A 12-week launch program (ICPLP – our Premium Value Offer)
We are hiring the person who will sit at the centre of this ecosystem. You will not just manage a group. You will steward an environment.
What This Role Fundamentally Is
You are the permanent, in-house anchor of the caregiver ecosystem. You will:
- Protect psychological safety
- Maintain tone and standards
- Support caregivers through clarity and decision
- Conduct readiness conversations
- Oversee progression into premium offers ethically
- Coordinate with a fractional facilitator
- Track retention and ecosystem health
You are not here to sell. You are here to hold structure so clarity can emerge. Revenue follows trust.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
- Experienced Caregivers Circle (Free Community)
- Moderate and maintain signal quality
- Remove misaligned members
- Protect tone (no hype, no desperation, no income promises)
- Seed weekly grounded discussion prompts
- Identify natural progression signals
- Track engagement metrics
- ICPRP (Clarity Program – Subscription)
- Post weekly async prompts
- Support monthly wrap sessions
- Monitor retention and churn patterns
- Personally check in with silent members
- Protect the "clarity-first" positioning
- Ensure Reality Map engagement
- ICPLP (12-Week Launch Cohort)
- Onboard new cohort members
- Track execution milestones
- Flag stuck participants early
- Support facilitator coordination
- Monitor payment plan compliance
- Maintain accountability without pressure
- Direct DMs & Readiness Conversations
- Handle inbound caregiver DMs
- Conduct structured readiness conversations
- Assess clarity and decision stage
- Redirect unready caregivers back to clarity
- Progress ready caregivers into premium support
- Maintain non-urgency, non-coercive tone
- Log outcomes and progression data
- Data & Reporting
- Track and report weekly on:
- Community engagement
- MVO retention
- PVO cohort progression
- Conversion patterns
- Drop-off risks
This role directly impacts recurring revenue health.
