We're looking for an experienced SMART Repair Vehicle Technician to join our dynamic and talented team at our rapidly expanding, high-performing Aylesbury bodyshop.
At KerbSafe, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality vehicle repairs, ensuring every job meets our exacting standards within set timescales.
The Role
- Carry out high-quality vehicle repairs efficiently and accurately
- Work confidently within a paint environment
- Meet agreed repair times while maintaining exceptional standards
- Deliver outstanding workmanship with strong attention to detail
You'll also have the opportunity to increase your earnings through overtime and uncapped commission.
About You
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll need:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a SMART repairer (unit or mobile) or 5 years' experience in a bodyshop as a paint sprayer/prepper
- Proven ability to produce high-quality repairs
- Strong knowledge of the motor industry
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A self-motivated, flexible approach with good timekeeping
- Strong customer service skills
