As a Waiter at Seven Dials Market, you will be at the heart of providing exceptional hospitality, ensuring our guests have an amazing time with top-notch service. You will engage in conversation with our guests, take drink orders, spread great vibes, and create unforgettable experiences. You will work closely with our supportive and people-centric management and supervisory team to keep everything running smoothly in both the front and back of the house areas.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintaining an excellent understanding of the food and beverage offering at SDM and making recommendations to guests based on their preferences.
  • Providing exceptional hospitality and maintaining strong communication skills with Traders and colleagues.
  • Handling Reservation administration on Seven Rooms as required.
  • Supporting the Floor Manager in ensuring that customer flow in and out of the venue is as smooth as possible.
  • Working closely alongside all teams within the market to deliver fantastic events and service, including bar and floor teams, Traders and external stakeholders.
  • Seating and assisting customers with various requests, queries, complaints/issues and escalating to line manager when necessary.
  • Taking direction from senior members of the team, but also using initiative to work independently and maintain a calm and professional approach in a busy environment.

What you will bring to KERB:

  • Previous experience of working in a customer-facing role with a strong focus on guest/customer experience and service, ideally in a high-volume environment but this isn’t essential!
  • A passion for exceptional hospitality and facilitating great guest experiences.
  • A willingness to roll up your sleeves and pitch in from time to time on non-designated areas of the business, particularly on-site.
