Kerb is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager on a 6-month maternity cover in London, England. You will own payroll and benefits across five entities, coordinating with outsourced partners and internal finance to ensure accurate, compliant processing on time.
Reporting to the Head of People, you will manage changes for starters and leavers, oversee statutory payments, and handle employee queries while maintaining robust data in HR and finance systems and supporting HMRC reporting.
