As the Digital Marketing Manager at KERB, you will own and drive our digital growth engine, performance platforms and marketing technology stack. You will build the infrastructure that powers customer acquisition and retention, creating seamless pathways from discovery through booking and beyond. Your domain spans CRM and web experience, SEO and paid media, reporting and platform integration. You are not just managing systems; you are ensuring customers find KERB effortlessly, move smoothly through their journey, stay engaged, and return time and again.

What you will be doing

  • CRM & customer lifecycle
    • Own CRM strategy and execution
    • Build lifecycle journeys to improve retention, repeat visitation and customer value
    • Develop segmentation, automation and database growth strategies
    • Optimise email, push and customer communication performance
  • Web, SEO & booking funnel optimisation
    • Own website performance, structure and customer journeys across all KERB sites
    • Improve discoverability and organic traffic through SEO strategy and technical optimisation
    • Take ownership of the digital booking and enquiry funnel, improving conversion rates across venue bookings, event enquiries and catering/B2B leads
    • Implement tracking and reporting to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
    • Work cross-functionally to improve booking UX and conversion pathways
  • Performance marketing
    • Manage paid media strategy and execution across digital performance channels
    • Brief and manage performance agencies in partnership with Head of Marketing
    • Optimise campaigns based on audience insights, funnel performance and ROI
    • Ensure performance activity aligns with commercial priorities and campaign messaging
  • Martech & reporting ownership
    • Own and develop KERB’s marketing technology stack and integrations
    • Ensure tools connect effectively across CRM, web, analytics and paid platforms
    • Build reporting frameworks that provide clear insights for leadership and teams
    • Act as the internal expert on marketing data, tracking and attribution
  • Loyalty & gift card rollout
    • Lead implementation of selected gift card and loyalty platforms
    • Define launch plan, customer journeys and internal processes
    • Ensure programmes drive measurable revenue, retention and customer engagement impact

What you will bring to KERB

  • Strong digital marketing experience across CRM, web, SEO and paid media
  • Proven ability managing marketing technology stacks and integrations
  • Experience improving conversion funnels and customer lifecycle performance
  • Experience implementing loyalty or customer programmes highly desirable
  • Analytical and data-driven with strong reporting skills
  • Comfortable managing agencies while remaining hands-on
  • Experience in hospitality, leisure, retail or consumer-facing businesses preferred
  • Self-starter who enjoys building structure and capability in a growing organisation
