As a rapidly growing business, we are hiring for a new and exciting venue concept in the heart of Spitalfields Market. As a Kitchen Expeditor, you'll be at the heart of providing exceptional hospitality, making sure our guests receive an exceptional experience. You'll be working behind the pass and integral to our Kitchen operations. As such, we’re looking for a calm, organised and quick-thinking Expediter who will become the key link between our kitchen teams and the floor staff, making sure food is sent out correctly, on-time, and looking great.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the expo screen and call out orders clearly and confidently
- Coordinate dishes coming from three separate kitchens
- Check all food is complete, correct, and well-presented before sending it to the floor
- Communicate clearly with chefs and floor staff to keep service smooth and efficient
- Keep the pass clean and organised throughout service
