We’re on the search for a bold, visionary Chief Growth & Marketing Officer to shape and drive KERB’s growth strategy across our markets, venues, and events. This is a newly created role at KERB and as such, a rare and exciting opportunity to leave a lasting mark on a fast-growing, people-centric and impact led operator in the hospitality and events space - the team behind Seven Dials Market, KERB Berlin, KERB Social Club, and more. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, people-focused environment where strategic thinking meets hands‑on creativity. You’ll balance long‑term vision with daily execution, steering the brand into its next chapter of brand growth and expansion.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Driving growth, awareness, footfall, and revenue across all KERB experiences to increase our market share.
  • Leading and inspiring our marketing and sales teams to deliver outstanding campaigns and partnerships.
  • Developing and executing long‑term growth strategies while also rolling out fun, innovative initiatives to engage our existing audiences.
  • Identifying new opportunities in the hospitality and experiential sectors to expand KERB’s reach and impact.
  • Collaborating across the business to ensure all experiences reflect KERB’s brand and community values.
  • Leading on building and adapting brand identities, reputation and tone of voice.
  • Growing and attracting new members to the KERB membership, creating a best‑in‑class community through marketing activity.
  • Measuring and reviewing marketing ROI and optimising campaigns for growth.

What you’ll bring to KERB:

  • Extensive experience in hospitality marketing and/or sales, with a proven track record of growing brands and revenue.
  • Demonstratable experience in leadership with experience managing high‑performing teams.
  • Strategic thinking skills with the capability and willingness to also get hands‑on and execute bold, creative campaigns.
  • Commercially minded, data‑driven, but with a flair for creativity and storytelling.
  • Passionate about community, culture, and creating experiences that bring people together.
  • Serious communications and PR chops with deep connections within the Hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrable financial acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in measuring marketing ROI and optimising campaigns for growth.
