We’re now looking for an Area Sales Manager to join our UK Commercial team. In this field-based role, you’ll represent our brand, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales across your region. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in growing Kerakoll’s market presence while delivering excellent technical support and aftersales care. This is a full-time, permanent position. While you’ll manage your own schedule, you’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team.
NOTE: You’ll spend at least 80% of your time in the field visiting clients. This role covers the following postcodes (AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE).

Responsibilities:
- Driving sales growth – Promoting and selling Kerakoll products across your territory, expanding the customer base, and maximising revenue.
- Customer relationship management – Building trusted partnerships through product demonstrations, technical advice, and responsive aftersales support.
- New business development – Identifying and securing new opportunities across relevant sectors.
- Strategic pricing – Working with the Regional and Commercial Sales Manager to apply pricing strategies and manage discount structures.
- Market insight – Maintaining end-user databases and using CRM systems to track performance, identify trends and manage customer interactions.
- Hosting events – Coordinating local product training sessions and client engagement events to showcase our solutions.
- Credit management – Collaborating with Credit Control to ensure timely payments and support customer account management.
- Travel & engagement – Hosting key customer visits to Kerakoll HQ in Italy as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong B2B sales experience, ideally in the construction, coatings, or building materials industry.
- Proven ability to build long‑term client relationships and effectively manage a territory.
- Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
- Self‑motivation, with the confidence to work independently and meet targets remotely.
- Tech‑savviness – confident using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and sales tracking systems.
- Location – you’ll need to live within the following postcodes (AB, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PA, PH, TD, ZE) with a full UK driving licence.
