About The Role

We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team—someone whose creativity, energy, and drive truly matter. As our Marketing & BD Coordinator, you will shape how our work is seen, understood, and valued: crafting compelling stories, delivering standout bids, and elevating a brand built on purpose, collaboration, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy: Assist with the development and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support business objectives and promote our services.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and strengthen our brand identity ensuring consistency in visual and verbal communication.
  • Bid Management: Oversee & collate bid submissions, manage deadlines, and collaborate with project teams to produce compelling proposals and high quality presentations.
  • Presentation Collateral: Design and produce high-quality graphic marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Communications & PR: Manage press releases and internal communications to enhance the firm’s reputation.
  • Social Media & Content Creation: Curate engaging content and manage the firm’s social media platforms to grow audience and engagement.
  • Event Management: Arrange and manage Events to support our Corporate BD Strategy and business objectives.

Skills and Experience

  • Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), MS Office, Rapport, and OpenAsset.
  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy in producing content and managing documentation.
  • Organisational & Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Self-Motivation: Proactive approach to work with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.
  • Interpersonal Abilities: Skilled in building effective relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Graphic & Visual Sense: Strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling in line with architectural standards.
  • Communication Skills: Clear, concise, and confident written and verbal communication style.
  • Social Media & Digital Content: Proven experience in creating and managing digital campaigns and content for professional audiences.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably within architecture, design, or a creative sector.
