We’re expanding our HR team and on the hunt for a proactive and driven Recruitment Advisor / Officer who’s passionate about finding great people and shaping a vibrant, people-first culture. Role Overview

As a Recruitment Advisor at Keplin Group, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract, engage, and retain the best talent. You will act as a key partner to hiring managers, promoting best practices and ensuring a smooth candidate experience aligned with our company values and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the business, from initial brief to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
  • Partner with HR and Recruitment professionals in our UK and Mumbai offices to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and proactive outreach, and inject innovation into recruitment with fresh ideas and strategies.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
  • Maintain and update ATS (Applicant Tracking System) with accuracy and compliance.
  • Organise and participate in recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reporting on recruitment metrics and pipeline progress.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal recruitment policies.
  • Build and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Support onboarding processes and work with HR to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Essential Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with a focus on detail and process compliance.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and recruitment best practices and vetting processes.
  • CIPD Level 3 or higher, or equivalent HR/recruitment qualification.
  • Experience with employer branding or recruitment marketing campaigns.
