We're looking for a marketer who is hungry to make their mark, shape brand stories and drive real commercial impact across an exciting portfolio.

Reporting directly to the Creative Director, you will take ownership of coordinating and delivering marketing activity across the Keplin Group portfolio.

This is a hands‑on role – part strategist, part executor – built for someone who thrills in a fast‑paced e‑commerce environment and wants to see the direct results of their work.

You will be central to developing brand presence, driving customer acquisition and retention, growing organic social channels and sharpening CRM and email performance.

You will work closely with the social media, copywriting, SEO and project management teams across the business.

  • Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
  • Support development and execution of marketing strategies across multiple brands
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to deliver brand‑building initiatives and commercial campaigns
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing channels
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns, product launches and promotional activity
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
  • Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns across the business
  • Build and optimise customer journeys, automated email flows and retention campaigns
  • Develop strategies to increase customer engagement, repeat purchases and lifetime value
  • Segment audiences and personalise communications to improve performance
  • Analyse campaign performance and implement continuous improvements
  • Support the development and implementation of a customer loyalty and rewards programme
  • Support growth of organic social media channels across multiple brands
  • Work with the social media team to develop content plans and campaign strategies
  • Identify opportunities to increase engagement, community growth and brand visibility
  • Coordinate content creation with internal and external creative teams
  • Ensure content aligns with wider marketing objectives and brand guidelines
  • Support marketing initiatives across Shopify, Amazon and Tik Tok Shop
  • Collaborate with SEO specialists to improve organic search visibility and website performance
  • Coordinate blog content, landing pages and supporting marketing materials
  • Work alongside copywriters and designers to create compelling customer‑facing content
  • Support digital campaigns and promotional activity across key sales channels
  • Identify opportunities for PR coverage, influencer partnerships and brand collaborations
  • Assist with media outreach and relationship management
  • Support the planning and execution of trade shows, events and brand activations
  • Coordinate marketing support materials for exhibitions, launches and promotional events
  • Coordinate marketing activity across internal teams and external partners
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule
  • Help prioritise workloads and ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of marketing processes
  • Monitor and report on marketing performance across channels
  • Track key metrics including customer acquisition, retention, engagement and campaign effectiveness
  • Provide regular reporting and recommendations to senior management
  • Use data and customer insights to inform future marketing activity and decision‑making

Qualifications

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline – or demonstrable equivalent experience
  • 7–10 years of experience in a marketing, brand or digital marketing role
  • Experience within e‑commerce, retail, consumer goods or D2C businesses
  • Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing principles
  • Experience planning and delivering campaigns across multiple channels
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Commercially focused with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central and Tik Tok Shop
  • Experience with CRM and email platforms – Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar
  • Knowledge of customer retention and loyalty programme development
  • Experience working alongside SEO specialists and content teams
  • Familiarity with Figma and collaborating with creative teams
  • Experience with PR, influencer marketing or event management
  • Understanding of performance marketing and digital advertising channels
