PURPOSE.

Keplin Group is a fast-growing FMCG brand delivering essential products across home, lifestyle, personal care, and seasonal categories.

We're looking for an experienced Product Photographer to own product and campaign photography across our brand portfolio β€” running the studio end to end, from shoot setup through to edited, design-ready imagery.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Own end-to-end product and campaign photography β€” from studio setup through to final image handoff - ensuring every shoot runs efficiently and every asset meets brand standard.

  • Studio setup

Plan, set up, and run in-house studio shoots β€” lighting, backdrops, rigs, and camera setup - for a high volume of SKUs across multiple brands.

  • Amazon & e-commerce imagery.

Shoot conversion-optimised product photography, including 360Β° spins, infographics, and A+ content.

  • Campaign & lifestyle photography.

Deliver imagery for catalogues, social media, paid advertising, packaging, and trade show materials.

  • Image editing & retouching.

Edit, retouch, and colour-correct images to a polished, brand-consistent standard before passing final files to the design team.

  • Production management.

Manage shoot schedules, equipment, and studio maintenance to hit tight product launch deadlines.

  • Cross-team planning.

Work closely with the Design Manager and marketing, buying, and e-commerce teams to plan shot lists and campaign concepts.

  • Shoot-day leadership.

Brief and direct freelance photographers, assistants, or junior team members where required.

  • Brand consistency.

Maintain a consistent visual style and quality standard across all product and lifestyle imagery.

  • Asset management.

Organise and archive raw and edited image libraries with consistent naming and file structures.

  • Location & prop sourcing.

Source and manage props, samples, and location logistics for lifestyle and seasonal shoots.

  • Keeping current.

Stay on top of photography trends, marketplace imagery requirements, and new equipment or editing techniques.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

A proven product photographer who can run a studio independently, lead on shoot days, and deliver retouched imagery ready for design.

  • Experience - Minimum of 5 years' experience as a product photographer ideally within e-commerce, FMCG, or consumer retail, leading photography for product or campaign shoots.
  • Campaign & mentoring track record - Proven experience helping organise and shoot large-scale campaigns, with a track record of mentoring photography assistants or junior team members.
  • Portfolio. Strong body of work spanning product, lifestyle, and campaign photography across e-commerce and print.
  • Studio skills. Proven ability to set up and manage a studio independently β€” lighting, backdrops, tethering, and camera equipment.
  • Editing skills. Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom (or equivalent) for image editing and retouching.
  • Leadership. Confident briefing, directing, and managing freelancers, assistants, or junior team members on shoot days.
  • Organisation. Able to manage multiple shoot schedules, deadlines, and stakeholders at once.
  • Marketplace knowledge. Understanding of Amazon and marketplace image specifications and requirements.
  • Collaboration. Comfortable working as part of a wider creative team alongside designers, marketers, and buyers.
  • Feedback style. Supportive leadership style with the ability to give direction and constructive feedback.
  • Bonus. Experience with product videography, 360Β° spin rigs, or motion content.
