Overview
The Strategy & Activation team is the main interface between our clients and the rest of the business.
We are not only responsible for building great relationships with our clients and delivering award‑winning digital campaigns, we are also accountable for the growth and development of our client’s businesses.
Whether that involves being first to market with new digital channels, supporting measurement journeys, providing innovative optimisation solutions or educational workshops, we pride ourselves on the strong client partnerships built.

Senior Analyst to join the team and become part of our close‑knit family of passionate Activators.
Role Overview
The Senior Analyst plays a key role within the Strategy & Activation team.
Reporting into the Manager or Senior Manager, the Senior Analyst is responsible for both the management of your clients day‑to‑day campaign based requests as well as campaign planning, set‑up, optimisation and reporting.
You will be encouraged to contribute suggestions on how to deliver improvements in efficiency across the business.
You will also deputise for the Manager when needed and support with the training of more junior members of the team.
About The Role
- Manage and own campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, optimising tactics and strategies to produce the best possible performance.
- Create media plans which demonstrate knowledge of your client account(s) and provide new testing ideas for further opportunities.
- Manage all operational work to launch a campaign from planning to set‑up to reporting.
- Own campaign execution & QA within the buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Optimise campaign performance against forecasts, driving results for continued improvement and providing new ideas and solutions.
- Produce weekly client reports with a summary and insights of campaign performance and learnings, explaining actions taken and the impact on the campaign.
- Manage day‑to‑day contact with clients (calls and/or face‑to‑face) to ensure campaign planning and management is in‑line with client expectations, providing feedback and data‑driven recommendations on how to achieve the best performance.
- Own the performance part of weekly calls, providing additional detail and background when needed.
- Train and coach Analysts to develop and grow within the team.
- Desired Experience And Skills
- 1‑2+ years of hands‑on platform experience, specifically in either paid search or paid social, with additional experience across programmatic display or video being a plus.
- A proven passion for digital media/advertising & technology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with strong ability to create and build relationships.
- Experience in client and account management.
- Ability to multitask with great attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills, and comfort with MS Excel, data analysis and internet technologies.

Our salary banding for this role starts at £33,000 per annum.
