Responsibilities
Our executive search consultants are industry specialists. This means you will undertake senior mandates across various functions in your respective industry across the region. Our solution offerings are tailored and targeted; you will become the expert in your industry with knowledge and relationships across the value chain.
Who will I work with?
You would work directly with our experienced Directors and take full ownership of client relationships, developing search solutions and managing candidate search processes. You will receive one on one mentorship but be given the space and opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. You will be part of a growing and high performing team, working with experienced colleagues, researchers and team admin.
