This position sits within our specialist delivery team and operates in a 180 capacity focused primarily on candidate generation, market mapping and process management. You will become a defined specialist within the Investment Funds market responsible for identifying, engaging and managing high-calibre professionals throughout the recruitment lifecycle while providing market intelligence to support wider business development activity. Key Responsibilities
- Proactively sourcing candidates via headhunting, networking and CRM utilisation
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline within your specialist market
- Manage candidates through each stage of the recruitment process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
- Developing strong knowledge of market trends and competitor activity
- Generating leads and market intelligence for the wider team
- Learning and confidently applying compliance and right-to-work processes
- Work closely with the Operations team who manage all formal onboarding and administrative processes
- Provide market insight and candidate updates to the wider team
- Delivering structured market updates internally
- Contribute positively to team discussions and internal updates
