Our client is delivering a portfolio of major commercial office fit out schemes in Southampton and we are now looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery from pre-construction through to completion. This role suits a commercially aware Project Manager who understands how to control programme, cost, quality and client expectations on complex mechanical packages.
Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of mechanical packages on projects up to £5m
- Act as the primary client-facing lead for the mechanical scope
- Manage site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners
- Drive programme, sequencing and resource planning
- Work closely with commercial teams on cost control, variations and reporting
- Ensure technical excellence, resolving site issues promptly
