Eden Learning Trust is seeking to appoint a committed and professional HR Advisor to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional who is passionate about supporting schools and making a positive impact across our Trust.
About the Role
The HR Advisor will work as part of the HR team to provide professional, high quality, timely advice, support and administrative support to a wide range of HR processes to ensure the effective delivery of HR services across the business on a wide range of people-related matters. The role will help ensure that HR policies and procedures are implemented consistently, ensure employees are supported, and the organisation remains compliant with employment legislation. You will work closely with school leaders and managers to ensure HR matters are managed professionally, fairly, and in line with employment legislation and Trust policies.
About You
- Currently holds or is working towards a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
- Has previous HR experience in handling a range of staff issues, including disciplinaries and absence management.
- Possesses excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Can work independently and manage a varied workload.
- Demonstrates professionalism, confidentiality, and a proactive approach.
