As Supply Chain Business Partner – Meat Division UK, you’ll hold a senior leadership position, shaping and delivering the divisional supply chain strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. You’ll work closely with the Divisional Senior Leadership Team while leading a high-performing supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver the divisional supply chain strategy across primary and retail operations.
- Own supply and demand planning, forecasting, production planning and delivery.
- Drive inventory optimisation, BOM governance and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
- Provide clear performance insight through effective data, reporting and dashboards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, service and performance.
- Proven senior supply chain leadership experience within the meat or food manufacturing industry, with strong strategic and operational execution capability.
- Expertise across forecasting, logistics, inventory management and supply chain systems.
- Strong analytical, reporting and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a clear commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
