Job Purpose: To lead the Quality Assurance function within the primary processing unit, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, animal welfare, and ethical compliance. This role is pivotal in maintaining regulatory and customer standards, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of accountability, food safety and quality excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety, legality, and quality standards.
- Maintain and develop HACCP and quality systems.
