Kepak Group is recruiting for Trainee Ancillary Operatives at our Merthyr Tydfil meat manufacturing site. This is a great opportunity to start a career in butchery/slaughter and build hands-on skills from the ground up.
Hours are Monday to Friday with site access from 6.00am; training pay starts at £12.90 per hour. On progression, Skilled Slaughtermen can earn £21.00+ per hour. Benefits include 31 days annual leave and a company pension scheme.
