This vision is underpinned by our values of Responsibility, Ambition, Passion For Food & Teamwork.

Kepak operates 14 manufacturing sites across the UK & Ireland with a core focus on meat and protein-based products, and our turnover is approximately €2 billion annually. Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality food products, with approximately 4,500 people supporting our mission to innovate and excel in the food industry, providing exceptional service and value to our stakeholders.

What You'll Do

  • Set the standard: Build and own a best-in-class training framework covering compliance, SOPs, and operational capability
  • Drive real learning: Shift training from to measurable competence, embedding observation, verification and manager accountability
  • Lead training systems: Own and optimise our LMS — from governance and learning pathways to reporting and audit readiness
  • Raise the bar on content: Define clear, simple, effective SOP and training standards across the group
  • Influence at all levels: Partner with senior leaders across operations, quality, H&S, and HR to align training with business priorities
  • Develop trainers: Coach and upskill site-based training teams to deliver engaging, effective learning

  • High-quality, simplified SOPs that support safe, efficient operations
  • Strong, capable site training teams delivering impactful learning

Requirements

  • Proven ability to design and implement training frameworks, not just delivering training
  • Strong knowledge of compliance, SOPs, and audit readiness

  • Excellent coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for turning training into real performance outcomes
