As Supply Chain Business Partner – Meat Division UK, you will hold a senior leadership position, shaping and delivering the divisional supply chain strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. You will work closely with the Divisional Senior Leadership Team while leading a high-performing supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver the divisional supply chain strategy across primary and retail operations.
- Own supply and demand planning, forecasting, production planning and delivery.
- Drive inventory optimisation, BOM governance and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI).
- Provide clear performance insight through effective data, reporting and dashboards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost efficiency, service and performance.
Proven senior supply chain leadership experience within the meat or food manufacturing industry, with strong strategic and operational execution capability. Expertise across forecasting, logistics, inventory management and supply chain systems. Strong analytical, reporting and data-driven decision-making skills. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a clear commitment to sustainability and continuous improvement.
