Kepak is recruiting a HR Advisor to join our Merthyr Tydfil site.
You will support the HR Manager, cover day-to-day HR operations, and contribute to employee engagement and CI projects within a production-focused environment.
This permanent, full-time role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on site with home working available as required.
CIPD qualification preferred and strong HRIS/Office skills are advantageous.
