The two-year rotational scheme develops Category and Marketing leaders through hands-on projects and mentorship, with placements across UK and Ireland.
Starting 6 September 2027, you will rotate through brands, gain insights into customer relationships, and build data-driven marketing skills that equip you for a future role within Kepak.
