We have a new exciting opportunity for a Business Development Executive within our commercial team.
This role will work with our Independent Fast Food/Traditional Take Away (IFO) Channel and will cover the North/North East England territory (From Durham).
The Business Development Executive will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of the IFO sector & Foodservice and develop new and existing customer base with a specific focus on cooking, sampling, presenting, and selling the Kepak product portfolio. This will involve developing strong relationships with key End-Users and working closely with the relevant Distributor partners.
Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of agreed commercial KPIs e.g. Margin/Volume/Revenue/Growth for your designated Territory.
  • Responsible for effective account planning that are fully aligned with Brand Plans to deliver consistency of execution & activation of key Customers whilst maximizing return on investment for the business.
  • Responsible for upkeep of all company data information collected during the daily role using the CRM system
  • Lead generation and conversion process - Optimization of the sales pipeline (salesforce opportunity funnel) and appropriate allocation of the sales resource.
  • Support and manage the development of high potential sales leads - develop business cases for review & approval by the Senior Management Team.
  • Being an ambassador for our products, services, brands and the company across both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop effective working relationships across all relevant key functions within the business, with a focus on respecting everyone\'s views and helping facilitate an aligned & collaborative approach to solving issues together as one Team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years field sales experience is required with experience within the Foodservice sector is highly desirable
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Determination to achieve and willingness to continually learn
  • Must have a full clean driving licence
