As a Boning Hall Packer at our Bodmin Site, you will play a crucial role in our food production process. You will work in our Boning Hall, ensuring the efficient packing of meat products while adhering to strict quality and safety standards. We are specifically looking to develop and train candidates from a packing role into a butchery role developing knife skills and butchery techniques.

  • Pack meat products in accordance with specific instructions and procedures
  • Monitor the quality of products, identifying and reporting any defects or issues
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Operate packaging machinery and tools, ensuring proper function and maintenance
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety protocols

You will be working Monday to Friday 06:00 am start to Production Finish. The role offers a full time contract. Your own transport is required due to our location and the times of Public transport links to Bodmin.

Pay starts from £12.44 per hour and can rise up to £15.44 on competency based assessments. Previous experience in a similar role within the food production industry is preferred.
