KeolisAmey Docklands operates the Docklands Light Railway on behalf of Transport for London, delivering safe, reliable and innovative transport services across East and Southeast London.

We are looking for a Recognition Partner on a 12 month fixed term basis to lead and deliver our organisation‑wide recognition agenda. This is a unique opportunity to shape how we celebrate success, build engagement and embed a high‑performance culture across a complex, fast‑paced operational business. You will work closely with leaders, People Partners and Communications to design and deliver impactful recognition initiatives that are meaningful, inclusive and aligned to our values.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the delivery of the annual recognition roadmap, aligned to our People Strategy and values
  • Design and implement recognition programmes, including:
    • In-the‑moment and manager‑led recognition
    • Life moments recognition
    • Quarterly and annual awards
  • Deliver the Annual Long Service and Colleague Recognition Awards end‑to‑end
  • Equip managers with the tools, guidance and confidence to recognise effectively
  • Build strong partnerships with People Partners and Communications to amplify recognition across the business
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on recognition best practice
  • Use data and insight to monitor engagement, evaluate impact and continuously improve programmes
  • Ensure recognition activity is inclusive, equitable and accessible across all roles and locations

What You’ll Need

  • Experience developing and embedding employee engagement and recognition strategies
  • Background in communications, engagement, marketing or People/HR
  • Experience delivering high‑impact communications or engagement campaigns
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience using data and insight to drive decisions and measure impact
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple programmes or projects simultaneously
  • Experience working in a large, operational or multi‑site organisation
  • Experience using engagement platforms, intranets or content tools
  • Familiarity with tools such as Canva Pro or Veed
