KeolisAmey Docklands (KAD) seeks an experienced Head of Legal and Commercial to lead the function, provide strategic advice, manage contractual risk and support major London transport projects. Reporting to the Commercial and Strategy Director, you will negotiate with Transport for London, oversee external advisers, strengthen governance and develop templates and playbooks to improve efficiency across the business. You’ll also mentor the Legal and Commercial team.
