We're looking for an experienced

Senior HR Advisor or HR Manager to join our team, working closely with the Engineering Department to drive people performance, engagement and organisational success.

In this varied and highly visible role, you'll

  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leaders on all people matters.
  • Lead on employee relations
  • Drive employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion and retention initiatives working closely with Centres of excellence
  • Use people insights and data to influence decision-making and improve performance.
  • Ensure HR policies and practices remain compliant and effective.

About You

  • Strong generalist HR experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent employee relations knowledge and employment law expertise.
  • Confidence influencing and coaching leaders at all levels.
