Are you skilled in credit hire and passionate about delivering outstanding service? We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Credit Hire File Handler to join our team. In this role you will investigate complex credit hire claims from a tactical and strategic perspective. The File Handler carries out complex and technical investigations on claims submitted from specific opponents, valued up to £25,000. You will become part of an incredible team, gaining experience to significantly reduce overall spend for our insurer clients.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience handling Credit Hire files with evidence of managing own case load
- Education - at least 5 GCSEs or equivalent are essential; a degree / LPC is preferable
- Ability to use own initiative
- Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
- Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
- Good telephone negotiation skills
- Ability to follow work processes and keep to Strategy
- Ability to recognise when sensitivity and tact are required
- Ability to make decisions and remain calm under pressure
- Good IT skills including Word, Outlook, and experience of a Case Management System preferred
Personal Development:

Working Hours:
- 35 hours per week
- Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm with 1 unpaid hour for lunch
- This is a hybrid role, working 1 day in the office and 4 days from home
