We’re now looking for a Catastrophic Injury Lawyer to join our market‑leading Complex Injury Team.

  • What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be at the heart of complex litigation—managing or supporting high‑value catastrophic injury claims from instruction through to resolution.

  • Managing a caseload of serious injury claims including ultra‑high‑value matters.
  • Advising on liability, quantum, and indemnity issues.
  • Working closely with a Lead Lawyer on multi‑million‑pound cases.
  • Building strong, trusted relationships with insurer clients.
  • Supporting and developing junior team members.
  • Contributing to initiatives that enhance Keoghs’ market profile.

What we're looking for

We’re seeking a technically strong, commercially aware lawyer who thrives in a high‑performance environment.

  • Qualified Solicitor (4–8 years’ PQE) or qualified CILEX lawyer.
  • Proven experience working on catastrophic or large‑loss injury claims.
  • Strong understanding of litigation, case law, and court procedures.
  • Ability to handle or support complex, high‑value cases with confidence.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Calm under pressure, with strong prioritisation and organisational ability.
  • Defendant experience is ideal, but strong claimant backgrounds will also be considered.

We anticipate this role will be appointed up to Senior Associate level; however, this will ultimately depend on the successful candidate’s experience.
