Keoghs is seeking an experienced Costs Negotiator to join the Legacy, Abuse, Military & Corporate Risks team in Liverpool. You will manage your own caseload from initial instruction through to settlement across Motor, Casualty, Legacy, Marine, Clinical Negligence and Professional Negligence claims.
The role involves proactive costs strategy, Points of Dispute preparation, and negotiation of costs by phone and in person, with regular client updates and adherence to SLAs.
