We are seeking ambitious and motivated motor fraud lawyers to join our vibrant and collaborative division. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced motor fraud lawyers to join our counter-fraud team, the largest and most established in the UK. Job Purpose
As an NDA File Handler, you will manage litigated RTA fraud files, collaborate with claims handlers, and work closely with the Lead Lawyer to achieve favorable outcomes. This role involves following established procedures, analyzing evidence, and making informed decisions promptly. You will also identify litigation opportunities and contribute to shaping the future of the counter-fraud sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage fraud cases from litigation to resolution.
- Review and analyze evidence, set case strategies, and identify litigation opportunities.
- Handle files according to client guidelines, ensuring client satisfaction and compliance.
- Report to insurers, liaise with case teams, meet deadlines, and achieve the best litigation results.
- Maintain case management systems and adhere to policies and regulations.
- Work proactively to optimize case investigations and strategies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in civil litigation claims handling or relevant legal qualifications (ILEX, LPC, etc.).
- Experience with RTA pre-litigated or litigated cases.
- Understanding of insurance litigation, CPR, advocacy, and client care.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in IT and billing systems.
Working Hours
35 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, with at least 1 day in the Bolton office. Flexible working arrangements available.
