Solicitor/Associate - Abuse Team at Keoghs
Keoghs is expanding its Abuse team in Glasgow and is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to advise on complex and sensitive personal injury claims. This full-time role offers hybrid working arrangements and focuses on pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims ("Defender side").
Key Eligibility Criteria
- Qualified Solicitor or Associate
- Experience in sensitive and complex claims
- Experience with Sheriff Court appearances and instructing in the Court of Session
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims
- Conduct forensic review and analysis of documents, liability, quantum, and causation
- Draft advice, court documents, and correspondence
- Prepare witness statements and instructions to experts and counsel
- Liaise with clients and conduct site visits
- Support Partners and contribute to business development through articles and events
- Stipend: Not specified (Standard market rate for Associate level)
