Keoghs is seeking a File Handler Assistant to join the Claims Management team in Bolton.

The role involves supervising and supporting case handling within a competency framework and handling both pre-litigation and early litigation matters on behalf of the defendant.

Starting from an assistant level, you will develop skills through exposure to applications for pre-action disclosure, evidence review, negotiations, and drafting orders, while ensuring timely, compliant progression of claims.
